This mod will allow you to activate all modifiers equipment without passing the test. Unlike various trainers, here it is done permanently.

To install:
Move the file "upgrades" to the folder with your savegames (Default C: \ Users \ Documents \ Square Enix \ Just Cause 3 \ Saves \  7XXXXXXXXX)
